Dr. Dhivya Sivanesan
Founder & Principal, Poornam
Dhivya came to acupuncture after working for ten years in international development and conflict analysis, She relocated her London-based clinical practice to Sri Lanka in 2018. With the view to spread this profound knowledge of healing and medicine, she established Poornam College of Acupuncture - the first classical acupuncture college in South Asia. As Founder and Principal, she seeks to apply the insights gained from her previous career to support her clinical and educational work. Currently, her interests are also focused on setting up volunteer outreach projects in communities affected by conflict. Through these efforts, she aims to contribute to Poornam’s core mission: that helping one person can create a meaningful ripple effect within the wider family and community
Ms. Selvi Sachithanandam

Dr. Gabriella Glassford is a Doctor of Chiropractic and founder/practicing chiropractor at The Chiro House in Colombo. Her clinical approach is holistic and patient-centred, with a strong focus on the relationship between the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and overall wellbeing.

Dr. Suhaila Shafeek
Qualifications:
Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Sri Lanka Medical Council, holding a Doctor of Medicine in Alternative Medicine, an MSc in Clinical Psychology, and a BA in Psychology, Economics, and Sociology.

Current and Past Professional Experience: Dr. Suhaila Shafeek-Irshard has over 12 years of experience in mental health, specializing in psych diagnostic assessment, psychotherapy, and counselling.

Previously served as Director of Child, Adolescent and Family Services (CAFS)

Also worked as a consultant to the Department of Probation and Child Care Services, with particular interest in child protection and human rights.
